E.F. Moore & Company (real estate development): Ted has owned his own commercial real estate development, brokerage and property management company (E.F. Moore & Company) since 1977, and has developed 35 shopping centers with over 3 million square feet of space throughout California since founding his company.

He was directly responsible for site selection, pro-forma budgets, governmental entitlements and lease/sale negotiations with property owners and anchor tenants, as well as raising capital for all of these projects.

Ted has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1978. For an 8-year period (2000-2008), he was an exclusive developer and broker for Longs Drugstores, completing 25 different projects for them in Southern California. Additionally, Mr. Moore co-founded and raised the start-up capital for Simpliphi Power, Inc., an energy storage company (simpliphipower.com), based in Oxnard, CA., which now has international distribution.

Primary Water Resources, LLC (PWR): Ted co-founded PWR in August, 2017 and is the Managing Member. PWR is a water development company, and is based in Ojai, CA. The PWR team consists of a uniquely talented group of experts who are problem solvers from disciplines that spread across business, real estate development, water law, engineering, hydrogeology and water development technology.

Simpliphi Power, Inc: Ted co-founded Simpliphi raising all of the initial capital and operating the company for the first two years. Simpliphi has grown significantly since its founding and now has international distribution. PWR has recently begun working with Simpliphi to create new models utilizing energy storage and solar, such as reducing the cost of pumping water from wells and allowing these uses to operate off-grid.

Education: Ted graduated from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL with a BA in Political Science, but of course Ted’s real education has been business and life experience from over 50 years of living it after college.
